Live Growth Tracking ("we," "us," "our") operates the website livegrowthtracking.com and provides marketing, automation, and missed-call SMS recovery services to HVAC contractors and other service businesses.   • Contact information you provide directly: name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share through our website forms, our audit tool, or by replying to our SMS.
  • Call and SMS data: when you call our business phone number or reply to our automated SMS, we collect your phone number, the timestamp of the interaction, and the content of your message.
  • Website usage data: pages visited, referring URL, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Collected through standard web analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up on missed calls.
  • Send automated SMS replies to inbound callers (see our Terms & Conditions for full details on our SMS program).
  • Provide the services you've purchased, schedule consultation calls, and process payments.
  • Improve our website, audit tool, and services.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Messaging

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information may be shared with the service providers listed in Section 4 for the limited purposes of operating our service, but text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used only to reply to your web-form opt-in or inbound call and to communicate with you about the service inquiry you initiated.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Live Growth Tracking by submitting the consent form at livegrowthtracking.com/sms-optin, or by calling our publicly listed business phone number at (866) 813-3021. When you opt in, your phone number and the content of any reply are stored in our internal CRM (Airtable) and our workflow automation system (n8n). Data is retained for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and as required by applicable law. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, including:

  • Twilio (telephony and SMS delivery)
  • Airtable (customer relationship management)
  • n8n (workflow automation, self-hosted)
  • Stripe (payment processing, when applicable)
  • Telegram (internal team alerts)

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request that we correct or delete your information.
  • Opt out of SMS messaging by replying STOP.
  • Opt out of email communications using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
