By using our website, calling our business phone number, replying to our SMS messages, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Messaging Program

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text. For help, reply HELP. STOP and HELP are processed automatically by our SMS provider.

How you opt in: You opt in to receive SMS messages from Live Growth Tracking in one of two ways:

  1. Web form opt-in (primary): By submitting the SMS consent form at livegrowthtracking.com/sms-optin and explicitly checking the box agreeing to receive SMS messages about your inquiry.
  2. Inbound call opt-in (secondary): By calling our publicly listed business phone number at (866) 813-3021, you consent to receive an automated one-to-one SMS reply if your call is not answered.

Both methods constitute documented consent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

2. Use of the Website

You may use livegrowthtracking.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site or its forms to submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content from the site without our written permission.

3. Services and Payment

If you purchase services from Live Growth Tracking (e.g., Website Refresh, Starter, Growth, or Full System packages), the specific scope of work and deliverables will be described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe.

  • One-time fees (such as setup or website refresh) are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Monthly recurring fees may be canceled at any time; you will retain access through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, branding, and other materials on this site are owned by Live Growth Tracking or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers (Twilio, Airtable, n8n, Stripe, and others) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or other issues caused by those providers, though we will work in good faith to resolve any problems on your behalf.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, audit tool, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a specific number of leads or revenue increase) from using our services. Results vary by business, market, and execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Growth Tracking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
